I was amazed at a couple of remarks others made about not getting maintenance taken care of. My experience has been the total opposite and although I ve only had a couple of small things that needed to be fixed, they were on it right away. I ve not been here long but so far my only complaints are people driving too fast through the complex and I do think the hot tub and other facilities need more cleaning and maintenance than they have at this time.
And someone remarked that the staff is never around or doesn t care - I get the complete opposite feeling from them. Very personable - always ready to help.
I entered the above remarks when I was here only a short while - now I've been here 4 years and maybe because this is a large complex, cerain areas are worse than others but I have lived in two of the areas and except for the fact that too many dog owners never clean up after their dog (the maintenance staff does it!)this place is not better or worse than other apartments. You will find all the usual things you find at ANY apartment (just bad neighbors). This is a great place and the staff is extremely responsive. Not sure why other people had a different experience. Also, whenever there has been a problem with especially bad neighbors, I have found that those people were given notice by the staff and moved out (I'm talking about people who stepped over the line in what they were doing).
I am not a staff person at all but thought I should give my two cents since maybe some of those who are complaining are the same people who detract from making this a better place.
