Good apartment with bad management

I lived in this apartment for over a year, when we moved in there it was very nice , that time it was with Guardian Management, they were very nice and friendly people, but since this new management (Affinity Management) came things have changed, they are doing nice work with the renovation of apartment but they are not very good with the tenants, if you call them for maintenance they wont do the work properly and will take lot of time. Some of my friends were charged huge cleaning charges while vacating
the apartment.

I live here and having paid my rent on time every month without fail the management is nice, my maintenance requests get done the same day, and they have bent over backwards for me. Love them. They do this for everyone who pays their rent on time.

I agree, the management team needs to all be fired and they need to start ground up... we also pay our rent BEFORE it is due without fail, and they accuse us of speeding through the parking lot in a car we don't own, with a plate # that isn't ours on a day that we weren't even in the same STATE!!! Oh come on... they only have rude things to say, never anything nice, treat you like a common criminal when they call you, extremely rude staff... fire them all and start over...
