This place is an outhouse. I mean the people here don't pick up after their dogs, the office staff is completely rude, the maintenance is shotty (hell I could do a better job with a q-tip and some duct tap than these knuckle heads). The office staff loves to leave nasty letters on your door accusing you of things you never did (or weren't even in town, much less the state to do!). Our apartment, which we foolishly rented online without having had a look, or SMELL, stinks of cat piss. The only redeeming value is walking distance to a grocery store and some decent restaurants, but aside from that, you can get a better apartment sans cat piss for less money elsewhere. Ohhh and they made us pay basically 1000.00 non refundable to kave our two little dogs... niiicceee non refundable, did I mention that?
