I had high hopes for this place. It seems slightly upperclass untill you move in. I have had ants in my apartment for over a month now with no response from management after three work requests. When we had the rain storm a few weeks ago it was pouring through our bedroom windows and soaked one our beds, we called emergency maintanence and recieved no response. I went down to the office first thing in the morning to request assistance, no one came to fix anything. Called the next day Sunshine answered and responded really rudely to my simple request to come fix the problem. Nothing has been fixed since then. Apparently they've "inspected". I also had ants last year and it took three months to finally get rid of them, I was told by another couple that lived in the building that they get ants every year when it starts to rain. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone they are overpriced for what they are and when there is no cooperation with management its riduculous.
