New Management and Rent Hike = Time to Move

Before the new management took over, I had nothing but good things to say about Hunter's Run. Unfortunately, I echo what others have been saying in that Cambridge management has made this an unpleasant and overpriced place to live. Besides being rude and unhelpful, they now charge their own residents to use the clubhouse, have cut down all the nice trees in the neighborhood and have raised our rent about $1oo in the past month. Think twice before moving here.

I second the post about the new owners-mgmt. I have lived here since 2003 and although there is always the typical issues that one would expect, it has been a great place to live but I was just informed that my rent will now be $112 more each month!!!!! Do these people think that I get a $200 per month raise at my job?? I hate to leave here but I have to because I cannot afford to live here anymore. Yes, beware new renters as they may give you a sweet move-in deal then after a year jack your rent up so that you have to move.
