To again echo the comments on new management, Cambridge has been nothing but a hassle. The staff is extremely rude and will not return phone calls, they have been cutting down all the trees (which is why we picked the apartment in the first place), and to top it off, our rent has just been increased by $250 a month.

30 days notice is not enough time to increase prices by 28%!
