We moved in in May. Had some complaints from our rediculous neighbors because we were walking around! "Little specs are falling from our ceiling. They're running in the apartment!" This was a challenge but I felt the complex handled the crazy complaints well.

New management in Janurary. No real problems until our lease ran out. A $150 rent hike. What'! That's crazy!

Then they did some "landscaping". The previous managers were all about taking pride in our home and beautifying the space, so we planted flowers in the common area and added stepping stones to our door. The new landscapers removed the stones (which were not cheap!) and ripped out my flowers. After feeling totally violated I am SO ready to move.

Not respectful.
