Until Cambridge came in, this was a great place to live. Now the management has decreased the amount of time that the office is open, closed the clubhouse, has not kept up the gym, towed people's cars, and is raising the rent ridiculous amounts! There are vacant apartments all over this complex! You never saw that before they took over. The old staff was wonderful! I cannot say the same for the new staff. They need some customer service training. They've also cut down on services that you'd expect from any management office. As far as I can see, Hunter's Run needs to offer their renters an incentive to stay! Instead, they're making us pay higher rent. Shame on them!

I've never used the clubhouse so I was unaware it is no longer available to the tenants. Other than that, I have experienced/witnessed tenant owned cars towed, shorter office hours, lack of respect toward renters by new management and staff, and exorbitant rent hikes.
