Repulsive NEW Management

Hi,

I was happy resident until the management changed. The new management folks do not know any rules, they are very rude with residents and never listen to your concerns.

They don't know difference between month to month and a 6 months contract. When I was in month to month rent, they said even then I need to give 30 days notice and pay the penalty(not sure what for).

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AS LONG AS THE MANAGEMENT CHANGES.

Note: The previous management was helpful and friendly.

Unhappy resident.
