I lived at Hunter's Run for 4 years. I loved the park, trails and easy access to stores. However after Cambridge took over, everything was a nightmare. They changed the parking policy, raised my rent by *$250 a month* with 30 days notice, wouldn't answer the phone, wouldn't complete maintenance requests- you name it. I finally found a much cheaper/nicer place to live. When I gave my 30 notice, in writing, I asked for a walk through with management to ensure I would get my security deposit back. I never heard from them. I left several messages over the entire month before I got ahold of someone. She was incredibly rude that told me that they don't call people, people call them. They also wouldn't schedule a walk through with me until a week after I moved away. Needless to say, they took my entire deposit- over $700. It was obvious that they gutted the apartment to upgrade and did it on my dime! Buyers Beware!!

I bet Hunters Run doesnt even care about your stupid ---. I didnt get ANY RENT INCREASE this year, maybe they just dont like you.

I put anonymous because the last thing any of us need is more hits on Google. Frankly, your name is "beconsiderate", so 1) you are not identifying yourself and 2)You are lying if you are truely a resident. ALL the residents received rent increases unless they were under new leases (within the last year)
PS- Cursing at someone is really unprofessional. It undermines your entire opinion.

I agree with the deposit. I lived there for 5.5 years and did a walk through and everything was good. It took 8 months for me to get half of my deposit back and they stole the other half and say we never paid it. Im still trying to get my attorney to subpoena my bank statements because they are theifs

I also lived there and they also took my whole deposit and then charged me an additional $500 because they said it needed all new carpet! Bulls***!
