Worst Apartment Ever-run away!!!!

My apartment was not cleaned or painted prior to move in, even though I was told it would be. The refridgerator had rotten bacon stuck inside the door, the carpet was filthy and still smells after shampooing it all day. Stink bugs come in through the one inch crack under the front door. The stairs are loose, rickety, wobble and the rails give you splinters if you try to use them. The bathroom light goes off randomly while in the bathroom. Sometimes I smell smoke from it. You have to hit the wall to get the lights to come back on while on the loo or in the shower. There is scum all over the doors and handles & cupboard doors in the kitchen. The front door has been kicked in and does not lock, only deadbolts. There is trash all over the yard, cars are broken into regularly. My wallet & identity were stolen last summer, I lost thousands of dollars. The owner did nothing and did not aleart the other tenants. The drug dealer downstairs was eventually evicted after a swat team with helmets & shields kicked in the door. I found out that they used to live in my apartment (hence the holes cut in the window screens for camera surveilence and the numerious druggies coming to my door looking for drugs). I found a crack pipe under the deck in the yard, and could smell the odor of freebase cocaine coming from the apartment below me. I had electrical problems and they would not fix it for 2 days. I had to use extension cords for power. My apartment was entered without notice and my thermostat was changed for one with a dirty gummy dial with no numbers on it-not sure why. the maintanance guy is overworked, and is often utilized at the other property owned by the landlord instead of this one.
