Cheap place but lots of problems

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
I stayed in this appartment as I was new in Beaverton. The rent was low when I moved in, but increased when renewed the lease.
Appartments are of poor quality & there are lots of stupid management policies. You can not get Comcast cable here due to some bull.. management policy.
Also if you are moving out, usually management will charge you for renovation of the appartment & will not return your security deposit. Mangement is dull. IF you complain about nosie then no action is usually taken.
If you are laid off or short on income then King's court would be OK. Overall I would not recommend this appartment to anyone.
