I have lived here 4 years and I find it a nice place to live. For those of you who complained about children, you are going to find them anywhere you live. So get used to it. And I did not find the children a problem. The maintenece has always there promply to fix anything. The grounds are kept nice. And for the one who complained about the noise from the lawn mowers. Give me a break, if you want nice ground, you need to maintain them ..DUHH!! Anyway they(gardeners) only come on Mondays . I know of no apartments that have multiple people in them and they do not allow welfare here as far as I know. Our rent has only went up once since we lived here. And for the person that has lived here those many years. You must have found something nice about them you are still here. The apartments are small though and when we moved in the carpet was old and so was the floor in the kitchen. But you get what you pay for. Even though I don't find that $720.00 a month is so awfully cheap It is extremely quiet where I am (except for the traffic in the busy part of the days) and I don't know of any police that have come around other than to patrol. It truly sounds as if we live in different communities. Because I have a a different experience then the others that have bad mouthed Kings Court. And we do have comcast now. I LOVE it!!
