So they're painting the units. That's nice. But with a crew of what, maybe 6 people' To power wash, replace siding, replace all upper floor balconies, AND paint' For a complex with hundreds of units, they won't likely finish for YEARS. How these CTL Management clowns award contracts should be the subject for a lawsuit, if not a criminal investigation...

And speaking of criminal, why are the police here more than any other Beaverton complex'

Clearly there needs to be a management shake-up.

I live on the outside edge of the complex and I've never seen a police car. Maybe the problem apartments are all on the inside.
