I wrote a positive review a few months ago but I have had to change my opinion. I still have never seen any police presence in the complex (like some other people), but if you look really closely, the place is crumbling. Some of the decks look like they're going to fall apart (or fall off), paint is peeling, and the whole complex is beginning to look seriously scruffy. Maybe that's why it's attracting a less-than-stellar clientele.

I still have never seen a police car around. Every apartment community has police reports, and most of the family fight problems are probably just one or two bad apples.
