Do not live here if you had children!!!

My husband and I lived here with our daughter for about 2-1/2 years. We broke our lease when I was pregnant with our son to rent a house. We have ants, cockroaches, and silverfish in both bathrooms and kitchen on 2 separate occasions. We had problems with wasp and hornet nests on the patio- We lived on 2nd floor. The carpet was horrible when we moved in- it actually was sticky and had dog hair still on it- They said it was cleaned!! Children as young as 2 were constantly running through the parking lot and streets. I was always watching kids because I felt so bad for them. Police came to our door about 10 times looking for people who were hiding out somewhere. My daughter could never play outside. The staff is constantly changing and everyone tells you something different. We were actually told at one point that if we broke our lease we would have to pay all of the rent for the rest of the contract. I had to pull out our copy and show them we only had to pay one months worth. There was always a party going on all hours of the night and day. There are many people on welfare who live here that sit around all day and night. There are also many apartments that have up to 10 people living there. Our rent was raised 3 times by almost $100 each time. They give you a month free when you re-lease and then don't let you use it. And then there's the landscaping crew that works in the wee hours of the morning non-stop for about 5-6 hours!!! An awful place to live--I'd rather live with my IN-LAWS!!!!!!!!!!!
