I haven't been here a year yet and the place is falling apart and the standards are sinking fast. It seems as if they're trying - they're painting the complex but it's a painfully slow process. It's been months (and it's now the rainy season) and they're not done. Meanwhile, a junker car sat in front of the complex for a month, monster trucks park inside the complex diagonally and take up multiple spaces - and if you dare to park near one, they just drive up on the grass and park there! A loud screaming family moved in underneath me and management won't do a thing about it because the family magically manages to stop screaming every night at exactly one second to 10pm, when "quiet hours" begin. (I tried talking to them myself but they don't speak English). The complex is starting to look kind of trashy, they haven't cleaned the mountains of leaves out of the storm drains in the driveways (allowing huge ponds to form), and if you look really close, you can tell the place is kinda low class. I didn't look closely enough when I moved in last year, and I can't wait to get out. Don't rent here.
