These apartments are kept in great condition. The management/maintenance team is great. Work order requests are handled promptly and every claim is treated with the utmost importance regardless of how minimal or serious the inquiry is. The office personnel are polite, courteous and friendly above all. It is apartment living, so minor noise issues can be expected, but never in abundance or at extreme levels. My apartment had brand new carpet and vinyl flooring when I moved in! Full size appliances including a washer and dryer make the transfer very smooth whether it s your first apartment renting experience or a place to stay while your house is being built, which is what happened in my case. The location is perhaps the best amenity of all. Beautiful scenery and trees accompanied by some interesting wildlife. Where else can you watch a squirrel chase a bird from your patio and then walk ten minutes to the shopping center or restaurant of your choice. It s these things both tangible and non-tangible that make king's court my top recommendation for the Portland metropolitan area and trust me in my younger years I frequented many apartments. So you owe it to yourself to go check them out. As far as this happy tenant is concerned, King's Court is never a bad decision.

I found He Truth, he's a nice guy. Oh wait, I'm sorry you meant the truth, huh? Well I haven't found that yet, but neither have you so we're square. If you hate it so much, why don't you move? Afraid to leave your mommies house or what? Grow a set and then have them cut off so you don't reproduce.

In in total agreement with the first response. I'll bet this was written by the manager herself. There is no way if you where honest that you could give this place a score of 5! Maybe one day CTL management will get a clue and do something to improve the environment and make living here worth what they charge. This review sounds more like an advertisement than an HONEST review.
