This one goes out to everyone knocking this community. They have always treated me with respect and made me feel appreciated. I have a feeling that most of these people feel victimized, because their rent went up or they got evicted or some other unknown reason. Treat people with the respect you want in return and everything will be fine. Half the problems you people complain about would be encountered in a home as well and are uncontrollable. Deal with your own problems instead of blaming them on the leasing staff. I will remain a Kings Court resident for a long time to come.

I have rented all my life and never had any problem with any landlord ever until Kings Court and CTL Management. I wrote a bad review of them because IMO they are absolutely awful. Polite, but awful. Oh, and when I moved out? They gave all my deposits back, and then a month and a half later sent me a bill for carpet replacement. This after my move-in documents stated that the carpet needed to be replaced when I moved in, but that I was not requesting it, because I had a young child. So this was documented in black and white, and still they tried to charge me. When I refused, they threatened to "ruin [my] credit." If they try to do this, I'll take them to court, and I will win.

Did you know there was a class action suite against CTL and Ista..the water company that is ripping you off as we speak..er type. This company is a really baaad company and crooked as the day is long. Just wait and see. I lived here for quite a while now, but have had enough of their B.S. and am moving out I am sooo glad to get out of here. And I am taping after we get fininished cleaning and am going to tape as we do the walk through. I suggest you do the same when you move out. If you really are a renter and not one of the staff. You know the ones ..they smiles in your face and stabs you and laughs at you behind your back. Wait till your car get broken into or stolden. Wait till they raise your rent $100.00 you'll see. This is a nasty greedy company and crooked as well. I will be soo glad to get out of here. Plus its starting to look like a ghetto around here..the paint they painted with is so cheap its already falling off. And high five to the ones that got out of Kings dump

A way to tell a nice complex is the personalization people put in to their patios etc. A complex that has classy decorated patios is one people feel comfortable staying in for a while. King's Court has none of that. It's sterile and temporary. Not a place for anyone looking for a place that feels like home, as any place you live should. Besides, the management really is terrible. I was really glad to leave when I bought my own place. I live in a condo that's older than King's court and the difference is night and day. King's court is junk. And lately they seem to really like wetb@cks.
