OH MY GOODNESS!

What has happened here. This property was the pride of Rose Spratt and her very loyal team. I personally worked there for 5 years along with Charleen and Rebecca and Muna just to name a few.
We took great pride in "Our community". We tried our hardest to make sure our residens were happy, well looked after, and living in a community that they could take pride in.
It saddens me greatly to see that there are now so many negative comments posted on this blog. I think that Mr. Randall senior would be absolutely appalled at this outcome.
I hope someone at CTL reads this and acts accordingly.
Yours Truly
Judy Caron

The only way to act appropriately is to fire the entire management team. When I lived there I liked the maintenance guys - they know their stuff, the problem is management.
The carpets are junk, the linoleum is garbage, the cabinets shoddy junk, the appliances are worse than what's listed on Craigslist.
The only good thing I can say is there were no cockroaches when I lived there. Otherwise the place was like a slum with high rent. Forget about getting any help from management. I did all my own repairs and my own painting. I would have thrown out the hideous appliances and bought my own if they had let me but they refused to even let me pay to put theirs in storage while I lived there.

If all those things were in such shoddy order and disrepair, then why'd you move there? You have the right to refuse an apartment during the move in inspection if it doesn't meet your standards, right? Also how do you know if maintainence knows there stuff if you supposedly did your own repairs and painting? The second you open your mouth I can smell that you don't know what you're talking about. You're an idiot like the the other 95% of the population. Appliances might be old, but back then they made ---- to last which is why they were still in use most likely. You ever heard if it aint broke then dont fix it? Their only concern is that your refridgerator keeps your food cold, not what it looks like or what your dusche friends think. Constructive critisism is the best route.

my carpet was nicer than any carpet i ever lived on when i moved into kings court! My linoleum was old but... shoot.. its not like the place was brand spankin new!! you should have known that when you moved in! Ever think to ask when the place was built? probably not cause your too ignorant to care, you probably were looking for price, not age, consider switching your priority. people in this world hate complainers. you should just go rent somewhere brand new. no one wants to hear you bullshyt... but you probably wont be able to afford anything new if your complaining about king's court prices, or youll be living in a brand new section 8 housing development! HAHAA have fun with that.

News flash people I was stuck there for 7 years because of finacial reasons..same reasons I had to move there. So I know from where I am coming from and the person who place this comment is right. And shame on you for putting them down for their opinion. And the place is a BIG rip off and a pig sty. They give you this cheap rent to get you to move in and 6 months or a year later they ram it up $100.00 and it keeps going up. The place is full of mold, the carpeting is old, the linoleum..that's right they are still using linoleum are old, old old. Our carpeting was so old it was coming apart and they put patches on them that were a different color, the dryer burnt up all my clothes and this is when I first moved in. And our water bill was OUTRAGEOUS I'm talking in some cases over a hundred dollars. And there were only 2 of us. Yes you can look around and have a choice, but they know the people who are going to be renting there are not going to have large income or many choices like someone sugessted..so they will not be so picky. And they take advantage of this. I thought it was nasty when I moved in, but had no choice at the time so we were stuck. Did you know that Ista and CTL both recently had a class action suit against them for over charging. CTL has a BAD rep and is a very greedy company. Just wait you'll see. One person lived ther for 6 months moved out and they charged him $1000 in repairs. So make sure you take a video of your apt when you move out.

I agree...Kings Court management is the problem. The maintenance guys can only do what they can do with what they are given. When they have come to do repairs it's usually done quickly and in decent order. The current manager seem burnt out. When you talk to her she sounds like the woman on "Office Space" that's answering the phones. Not very helpful, sometimes rude, and she just plane doesn't care. My feeling is the complex only reflects MANAGEMENT!!!
