The time I spent living at Kings Court apartments was...well...let's just say I'm glad to be away from there that's for sure. I never really understood how that place could get way with this great introductory offer and then jack up the price 15-20% as soon as they got you in the place. I agree with some of the other posts. The management at this place is terrible! It all flows from the top down. The manager is a backstabbing jerk. She talks a nice a sweet to your face but when you leave she slams your head in the door. And, she even gets her fellow employees into it too! Right in front of other residence. On top of that the facilities do not reflect what you pay for. Oh well, I just hope I can do my part in saving someone else from experiencing this place. KEEP MOVING...NOTHING TO SEE HERE......THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PLACES IN TOWN!!! GOOD LUCK TO YOU IF YOU DO DECIDE TO LIVE THERE.

BAD PLACE Management & Landscapers. I used to live there too... I can agree the MaryAnn is awful - they send you in to an apt setting the understanding that it is an old building, and things just don't look new - when you move out of the place after cleaning it better than when you move in she wrote a 2 page research paper on all the problems with the place after living there 2yrs! Ohhhup! there's a spider web on the light fixture- type of stuff - terrible management. Not to mention the X-mas package delivery that was destroyed into about 20 pieces of box and taped back together with items missing that they get away with saying they are not responsible- says so in the lease - stay away from kings court, buy a trailer instead or buy a van and live down by the river for a better quality of life.

This place is a third world slum(INDIA) and this ethnic group will harass you to no end by following you everywhere you go. They will try to intimidate you and it lasts for many many months. Stay far far away!!!

I would have stayed longer if I didn't find a house because they didn't raise my rent this year. However, they need to do something about the mud & drainage as it's horrible. I totally agree about the move-out. We spent hours cleaning & it was so much cleaner than when I moved in - but I got charged to have their company clean & touch-up paint done. However, they won't give you paint or give you the name of the paint to buy to do it yourself. You are going to pay something when you move out no matter what. I didn't have any trouble with Mary Ann, but did with one other person in the office who never seemed to understand what I was saying.
