very noisy. when the upstairs neighbor opens their door i think its someone in my living room.
its a walkers paradise, lots of great trails nearby, or even right outside the door.
the staff has been friendly
nothing has broken
there are no doors separating the washer dryer unit from the kitchen, .. that aspect is also very noisy. you cant watch a movie over the washing machine

Not true. Lots of apartments face the walking trails and duck pond. Your description of the layout is bogus.

It's the manager again! Trying to boost the ratings of this dump. The outer perimeter is on the road where it's nice a LOUD! And, the only place it's quiet is her office where no actual work is done.

Yes, the Tinkertoy construction is shameful and the place is as noisy as a 19th-century insane asylum, but I guess it really depends on who your neighbors are. If you get a bunch of inconsiderate punks below or above or beside you, you're screwed.
