I have lived at Kinnaman Terrace for almost 2 years now and have no problems with the apartments or the management. They re-did windows and exterior work this past year and it has turned out nice. The manager was very helpful and the maintenance staff that repaired my garbage disposal was nice and efficient. I never had any mold problems. I'm only moving due to a job transfer, but found this complex to be a good for the low rent that I pay.
