La Salle is THE worst place I've ever lived and the MOST overpriced. Parking sucks, not enough unless you want to park in a businesses lot and walk. But the kind of people in this complex are too lazy to park legally, so they'll just park wherever they please, sometimes blocking you into your own driveway. To say that the complex is "tow happy" may be true from a perspective of someone who has been towed. They will tow when someone parks illegally, but they deserve it. The curb is yellow and the sign says "don't park" for a reason!!!

The noise level is extremely high here. They seem to attract people who have souped up cars with loud engines and nocturnal behaviour. There's one unit in particular that has two mustangs that shake my walls and I'm not even in their building. they drive nice cars, have nice things, dress nice, and don't work. They're always home, never gone for more than an hour, and they come and go at all hours of the night... can we say drug dealers! Tons of parties, noisy, disrespectful people. I'd like to say they are teenagers, but these are adults. One group of partiers likes to throw up from their balconies and they, nor the management clean it up. it's been there for over a month. and in the summer, or any warmer weather, kids are all over this place and loud! They seem to avoid the play ground that was set up on the complex instead to play in front of everyone's place, taking turns annoying everyone. They also play chicken with oncoming cars, and no adults are watching them at all.

The grounds are about the only thing that look decent around here. They do a pretty good job of keeping things green and trimmed, but that's very small conselation to everything else.

My wife and I did not feel safe at all. Bums go dumpster diving all hours of the day and night, freaks from the MAX will trapse through the complex, and the "security guard" is a joke. He drives right by the most suspicious of characters without one look, just wanting to go onto his next break to eat a sandwich and call his girlfriend. I told the management what was happening and they were appalled, but do you think anything changed' no...

Walls are kinda thin, only noticed when music is too loud at the neighbors.

Very few of the maintenance people even speak english. They'll respond to a complaint without knowing what to do, then you have to try to play charades to tell them what's wrong. And they tell you that all their maintenance staff went through background checks, but if you're fresh off the bus from Mexico, there won't be a background to check. Just because they don't have a background, makes them safe, right' Whatever...

The office staff are completely incompetent. They NEVER follow through on anything. I've had to remind them 5 times on issues I've talked to them about. They only hire people who have annoying, high pitched voices, and bobble their heads from shoulder to shoulder when they talk. Even the manager forgot about a critical issue that caused me financial problems.

Avoid this place at all costs, your money will get more at almost anywhere else.

Way to make sweeping generalizations about -------- you racist bastard....That said, this apartment complex is suitable for anyone that enjoys cheaply built housing, horrible management, no parking, getting towed, and densely packed trashy apartments in Beaverton. Also suitable for folks just getting out of college that want to impress their friends with their cool new apartment in the big Beav-O....If that is you, don't forget to buy that new jetta before you move in. Otherwise your neighbors may laugh at you.
