Ever since we have moved in almost everything they said in their opening speach really isn't true. Such as the convenience of being able to relocate between Equity Residential with no hassles... of course they don't tell you it will cost hundreds of dollars at both apartments and they have to be over 10 miles away from eachother. They also have taken more than enough of our money, not telling you specifics of what you have to pay for when you move out has not been a pleasant surprise. BE SKEPTICAL
