Great location, great neighbors, way overpriced!

I lived here awhile ago, and while I felt it was really OVERPRICED for an apartment, I enjoyed living here for the many other benefits.....proximity to max line, cleanliness and safety of area and grounds, i loved all of my neighbors, the apartment was spacious and attractive with lots of amenities. We were given a TV as a move-in gift, had brand new carpet, ceiling fans, vaulted ceilings, storage, fireplace, W/D in unit, covered porch.....I loved it. I lived there before Equity rental took over...I worry that LaSalle will become the craphole most other Equity properties are....they are an evil worthless company so beware!
