I?ve lived here now for 3 years and will not be any longer. The community boasts that it?s an upscale area and the price reflects it as well. Good people here are leaving because they are fed up with who the staff is letting in now and then doing little to nothing to fix the issue. Especially with the complex across the street now being low income assistance. The office staff needs to get a backbone and do more about the poor tenants that they let live there. They refuse to lower rates even in todays market. They have had mutliple vehicle break-ins and even a death on their complex. Though items weren?t released it is rumored to have been a drug overdose. The security service they have doesn?t respond to calls. Your better off calling the local police. To many parties at night and yet little is done. You used to be able to move into a unit on the complex and it would be spotless. If you do now, you might as well clean it yourself. Parking, what parking. Look around very carefully and open parking. There is very little for you and your guests that may come to visit unless you live in the back side and park in the park-in-ride area. The only catch, the back area is now nicknamed "The Hood" because of the crappy cars, people changing oil, and messes everywhere. This place has gone downhill and is continuing in the same pattern. You can get just as much if not more for less money elsewhere in the same area.
