Since we have lived here, we have had maintenance come in without permission or advance notice.
We've suffered property damage from contractors.
They are always needing to come in.
The walls are paper thin and the staff does nothing to control noise.
Management response is always "Why do you think I would care'" Office staff is always changing and can barely run a copy machine.
They never return calls.
Maintenance may or may not come to fix problems.
Even when they do come, the problem may or may not get fixed.
Everyone smokes outside and throws their cigarettes on the ground so the place smells like an ashtray.
