NO one in the office told me about the murder that happened here shortly before I moved in. That's reason #1 NOT to live here.

Reason #2 is that parking SUCKS! I have a 2bd/2bthrm townhouse and there is NO place for my guests to park (even in my so-called driveway).

Reason #3 is that the neighbors are a bit scary. There is a mixture of VERY high-density townhouses and apartments. The woman across the street has frequent "customers," who drive VERY nice cars!

Reason #4 is that it's close to the MAX (which is a good thing), but you hear the damn freight train AND the MAX at all hours of the day and night.

Reason #5 is that in a 3-story townhouse, the only bareable place to live in is your car w/ AC. It's so hot that my lipstick MELTED in the bathroom! Those window air conditioners don't seem to help either..so don't bother buying one!

Reason #6 is that security is a joke (see reason #1!!!!). Sure we have on-call security rent-a-cops, but that doesn't stop the noisy neighbors (and YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!)

So..if my 6 reasons aren't enough...just think..the closest shopping is K-MART and you're paying $1100/mo!

HAHAHAHA your neighbor is a drug dealer or a prostitute...thats funny!...dude you know that you are just trying to find a good reason to whine about something to feel sorry for yourself. And do you know how much a three story town house would be anywhere else? In conclusion your post is VOID and You Suck.
