Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I've lived here now for over 2 years, My brother had passed away at the exact time my lease was up and i had to fight to stay in my apartment and they raised my rent, now my lease is up again and they wanted to raise it AGAIN, they dont fix anything, and they are WAY over priced, seriously $1300 for a 1/1 townhouse' or a 2/2 townhouse that's over 6 years old' and SMALL, HELLO!!!!! DONT RENT HERE! People park in your spot and there is NO open parking. EVER.
