My family and I lived here for 1.5 years until the vent fan in the laundry room caught on fire. Almost everything was ruined. The fire inspector came out to look at it and said this brand had been recalled. When we told them we were moving out because of this they tried to hold us to our lease agreement until we got our attorneys involved. I also have to say that while we enjoyed our third story apartment and view of the wetlands, we had situations with the office staff. The youngest girl who was married, decided to take my 15 year old stepson shopping with her one day after school. Natalie was trying on clothing in front of him and they exchanged cell phone numbers. When I informed mgt. that this was inappropriate they said they didn't really have a problem with this and that she has a little brother so don't worry about it! Oh, and there is dog poop everywhere since no one picks up after their animals. If you can deal with snooty office staff and the aforementioned then this is the apt. for you.

Resident is bipolar. Her step-son moved from out of state, had no friends and was depressed. Our employee worked as a tutor on the side for a middle school- took pity on the child (who was constantly causing trouble in the office and on the property and took him to the mall- WHICH WAS ARRANGED AND OKAYED BY THE PARENTS.
