mold! mold! mold!!!!!!!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2005-01-01 - 2007-01-01

I lived here for lil over 2years n I just moved out last week because

1st----- My rent was $620.00 when I first moved in n year later they asked $770.00

2nd----- I was on the first floor your can see mold on the wall n smell from carpet(living room n in the bedroom) I tried everything to cleanbut mold is still there!!!!! even my dog got an ear infection from it!!!!

3rd----- There are no parking spaces!!!!! after 8 or 9 pm n that's everyday....

4th----- so I decide to pay extra $ to park under the roof n what do I get''' A PARKING TICKET OF $50.00!!!!!!! I tried to explain but didn't waive the fee!!!

5th-----Water leak from upstairs couple of people came out n said they'll fix it but never happend!!! They just spray the paint over it
