We have been living here for almost a month now. We decided to get a 3 story townhome since we didn't want anyone above or below us making noise. What can I say this looks like one of the best moves we made...they are a little bit more in rent but I think that it's worth it!! We rarely hear the neighbors next door. Only once in awhile someone will think they are batman and drive there car away really fast...or rev the engine...wakes me up sometimes. But I guess some people just don't have any respect.

We looked at a few other places after coming here and nothing could really compare. Nice area, not a lot of traffic...you can drive way further down on Murray and see the difference in the areas.

They do have apartments here besides the townhomes...I don't think I would reccomend those. Looks like a lot of traffic goes through that area and if you are stick on the 2nd level you could probably hear people blelow and above you!! Not to mention parking..they don't come with garages and I think you have to pay for a carport. Our townhome has a garage and then a space infront of the garage you can park in. Also is you are thinking about getting a 3 story be sure you are in shape!! lol my legs were hurting so bad the first few days!!

A lot of the reviews on here are so harsh. I believe that you treat others how you want to be treated. First and foremost the office staff was very, very helpful and answered all of my questions! Mat. guys come out the day that something is wrong...looks like our garbage disposal isn't working and we might need a new one. I will see how I feel about this place in a year or so but I can't see anything to complain about. If you are considering moving here I highly reccomend coming to look at this place before taking the words of some people who have written reviews on here. =)
