Everything here seems to be low grade! The office staff is unresponsive and the maintenance staff is rude and uncaring. They force amazingly high lease rate increases on you (over 25%) when the same unit is being offered to a new resident for lower than what you are currently paying. When you question them, they respond with "its' a computer program and we have no control." This is no way to do business. When you complain about noisy neighbors it is held against you. I would be very cautious about moving into LaSalle; and since their computer program is "all knowing" and doesn't care if they get less money from a new tenant rather than to have you stay, I would recommend not renting from any Equity Property. I am glad to be leaving!!!

You are correct. The maintenance response is sloooow and IF they finally come inside your home when you're not around, they fix something that's not broken and don't leave a not. And you're left wondering why your door is unlocked and things are out of place when you get home from work!
