These are the most cheaply built apartments I have ever lived in.
There is a huge mold problem and the staff is horrible.
The staff called me to tell me that my music was playing too loud, a day after I had complained that my neighbor's music was too loud! They didn't care that it wasn't me, they just told me to keep it down or they were going to evict me.
When I moved out (at the end of my lease) they charged me a month later for breaking my lease and sent me to a collection agency.
Of course I had already thrown away my lease agreement, so I couldn't prove they were wrong.
Why I would break my lease a week early and be charged hundreds of dollars' Parking is horrible too...
you have to pay monthly for covered parking

I totally agree on the random charges that they will put on you after you move out. Good that we've kept every single sheet of paper that they have given us. So, we were able to go back and give them copies of the paper work to prove them wrong.
