Move here if you like high rent, noise, rude neighbors, and indifferent office staff

The location is convenient for public transit (right behind the MAX) and the townhomes are nice enough but overpriced, especially for a one-bedroom. I wouldn't mind paying the money if I got respect in return. The staff at LaSalle are the rudest people and literally have their noses up in the air. Not only do they rarely even say hello to you when you walk in the office, they simply ignore you unless you say something first. They hire young, indifferent 19-year-olds as leasing agents who are the absolute epitome of salespeople who are sweet to your face, then once their commission check clears, they don't give a $hit about you or your complaints.
Noise is a major issue here - not surprising since they rent to a lot of young party kids: motorcycles in the middle of the night, kids partying on balconies at 2 am, neighbors who play loud music way after midnight. And god forbid, you should complain that for the $1000 you pay in rent you have a right to live peacefully - La Salle doesn't care, just get your rent check in on time, that's all that matters.
I'm obviously not the only one who feels this way, as they are moving trucks here every single weekend - can't wait till mine gets here at the end of my lease. I won't be re-signing with these people. Equity sucks.
