The staff are young, inexperienced and unlikely to provide any customer service. When they make a mistake, there is no apology or explanation. The apartments are decent, the location is convenient, but I feel that some of the high rent should buy better management. Equity needs to step up to the plate and realize that treating their tenants with respect will get them longer leases in the long run. I don't want to renew with these people. There seems to be no oppportunity to negotiate either. They don't care if they put you out on the streets with your kids - huge rent increases are thrown out at you and their attitude is, deal with it or leave, we can find someone else to live here. They do not value their clients!
