I had the extreme unfortune of being a tenant at Lasalle 4 years ago and we had a middle level apartment with extremely loud neighbors above us and below us. The people above us constantly ran around with their dogs where it sounded like a herd of elephants was above our head and the jerk below us had placed his stereo speakers on his ceiling(our floor)and would blare his TV or stereo day and night. On Halloween he blared "Thriller" for 3 hours straight! I went to the apartment staff and they told me pretty much to handle it on my own.I told them they could go right outside of the office and hear it themselves (we lived right by the office and the pool).They finally went over to talk to him after we had filed many noise complaints against him and he said he never did it.(Of course he was lying, Like I said, you could hear his music outside of the apartment!) I was pregnant at the time and they told me I was hearing things due to being pregnant and when I had my son, they told me I was hearing things from post partum depression!They were very rude and condescending especially when I was having packages delivered to the office. They told my husband that they were doing us a favor by accepting our packages from the delivery people,my husband told them that was their job. They also would never do anything to stop the constant pool parties that were being held at 2 or 3 in the morning, so I started calling the police to break those up. All in all, we hated the place and are glad we don't live there anymore.

Lady.... move on with your life. What the hell are you doing writing a review for a complex you lived in over 4 years ago? Do you seriously have nothing better to do with your time??? The staff at LaSalle is probably different from 4 years ago. And you can't blame LaSalle for loud neighbors. Be an adult. Go knock on their door and ask them nicely to be more considerate. And for god's sake, understand that if you are living in an apartment complex that you have to deal with this to some extent. If you want total peace then buy a house!!!

You must be a staff member for LaSalle. Only a complete idiot would write a snotty statement such as yours to someone who has a legitimate complaint. About getting a life, I suggest you follow your own advice and get one yourself since you have nothing better to do with YOUR life than leaving snarky messages to people who leave legitimate complaints about these horrible apartments. Tell your bosses at LaSalle to grow up and do their jobs instead of blasting people who leave reviews they don't like.

Okay, to the person that posted this review, are you SERIOUS!? You are actually rating a review of an apartment that you lived in 4 years ago!? Why? Have you nothing better to do with your time? And why won't you identify who you are? If you have the nerve the speak it, then you should put your name on it. I know why, because you know you're a person with waaayyyy too much time on your hands who simply feels like complaining because your bored. As much as you didn't like the staff, from 4 years ago, I'm sure they felt the same way about you. I agree with whomever it was who responded to your silly comment... get on with your life woman! It was four years ago. I live at another equity property and am thinking of moving to LaSalle, so I decided to get on this website and check out the reviews. Your review is the most ridiculous one I've read, and I go on this website a lot because I really would like to move, but after reading ridiculous reviews, such as yours, I wonder how credible this website is... hmmmm. And by the way, just because someone disagrees with your comments, doesn't mean they work for the company...
