My girlfriend and I are in our second year renting from this place and it's one of the best places we've rented from ( we've lived in five different apartments in five different states over the past six years - can see my other reviews here on apartmentraitings).

First off, they have two apartment styles: typical stacked, three story apartments where you live on floor 1,2,or 3, and then townhouse style in the back of the community; all 3 floors are your place.

We live in one of the townhouses at the back of the community.

We had all new carpet installed when we moved in and new paint so the place was very welcoming.

Lots of full sunlight through the south side and excellent air current by opening windows.

The overall quality of the build I'd rate at 7/10.

There are some squeaks in the floor on the second floor (kitchen/living room) prob due to heavy traffic but still, shouldn't have them on an approximately 13 year old building.

It's wall-to-wall carpeting except the bathrooms/kitchen/hallway-some cheap linoleum but we don't mind.

The walls are so/so, they could be thicker or better insulated but we hardly hear either of our neighbors-mostly just the washer/dryer running or folks that run up/down the stairs.

The dining room lighting was bad (2 spot lights), we installed a chandelier for the time being.

Plenty of kitchen space and all standard appliances (fridge, stove, microwave built in, dishwasher, garbage disposal).

The sink could use a spray hose....The dining room is large for an apartment, and the living room is decent sized, though could be 1x1 foot larger-There is a fireplace angled in one of the corners and this takes up space.

Moderately sized deck/patio off the living room with a huge 3-pane window/sliding door-We LOVE this.

The master bedroom is a bit small for a king-size bed and a dresser, we can barely fit ours-Should be great for queen or smaller.

There are 12-foot slanted ceilings in the 2 upstairs bedroom with ceiling fans and moderate sized window.

The bathrooms are a little small, but having two makes up for it.

The masterbath has a stand-up shower whilst the 2nd has a full tub the stacked washer/dryer.

Good closet space.

There is another room on the 1st floor which is great.

Tiled hallway entry with a good sized coat closet.

The garage is great for a compact/midsized vehicle but probably not so good for anything bigger (our small toyota fits great).

Plenty of room to hang bikes, a tool chest, and 2 metal storage racks.

There is a small gym / pool / hot-tub right across from us which we use a couple times a week (the gym at least).

Mail boxes are right there too.

The office takes packages and we've never had any problems picking things up other than getting to the office after they close (6pm).

Recycling/garbage is 50 feet away.

Most of the neighbors are friendly and quiet.

There are a few younger folks who live 3 people in a apt.

and they occasionally get loud during summer nights (we're in our mid-20's but like it quiet).

The grounds are probably the best apt.

grounds I've seen.

There are beautiful roses and hydrangea lining all the pathways with plenty of lighting on 12 foot poles.

Very little animal poop though occasionally I spot some.

They've informed the community to pick it up if its their pet.

Right on the MAX line (Blue) which I take downtown for work 5 days a week (36 minute ride).

Nature park right next door and a bike path makes for good nice-weather fun.

Nike is 1 suburban block away.

There is a small business park nextdoor and one down the street with some food, 7-11, drycleaners, etc.

A bit further down is Cedar Hills with shopping/movies/groceries/banks, etc.

Overall, this is a wonderful place.

I've lived in many apartments across the country fro different companies and this is probably my favourite place and plan on staying here until I leave the country for my career in a few years.

The pricing is expensive but is relative to the market.

My place is 1400 square feet, we pay about $1300, less than $1 a square foot which is a good industry standard.

I'd highly recommend the townhouses-Can't speak for the typical apartment type though.

Good luck.

Ditto, there is NO WAY you actually live there. Clearly this is written by a staff member.

I do live here right now and I am not a staff member. I've written reviews for Ridgeview (Austin, TX) and 3825 N Oakland Ave (Milwaukee, WI) to prove that I am not staff but just a renter. Go search for them, then post your apology.
