There are more con's then pro's! The floor plans are nice and the high ceilings are appealing but do not help with the noise (foot steps) if you have neighbors above you, especially if the are heavy and have dogs! Building has poor insulation and the high ceiling don't help a bit in the colder seasons.
I can hear my neighbors pee! Speaking of pets there are so many dog remains on the property that you literally need to watch where your walking at all times.
This is not a kid friendly community! The park is run down, the pools and hot tubs are dirty, freezing cold and constantly broken.
Ton's of bee hives around the pools.
They advertise that one pool is heated year round and is not true.
Their justification to shut the heater is that not enough tenants use it in the winter but that's why we pay for and they still find a reason to advertise that they have a year round heated pool!
Parking is a main issue for us, they do not issue assign parking and god forbid that you arrive after 5pm.
When we moved in our car was brand new and now we have so many scratches and door dings due to the tight spaces.
There are no video surveillance on the property and there have been a few car jacking in broad daylight, who knows how many more in the late nights.
The max is convenient but so is the dangers that comes with it.
Lastly, the lack of customer service from the management department is a major disappoint! Make sure you get receipts and keep all lease papers.
After your first year be prepared for them to jack up your rent!

I just toured the grounds this morning and walked all over the complex. I did not see any dog feces or bee hives. I also spoke with three residents at random and asked their opinions about living there and all three had positive things to say. I do NOT work for Lasalle. I am considering moving there. I don't know if I will or not, but I can certainly say that I did not witness the above problems. Parking is limited and I was warned of that by the woman who showed me the property. You can pay for reserved carport or garage parking. Also, the worker told me straight away that the pool is only open in the Summer months. This all seemed straight forward and normal for an apt rental to me.

Why is there a need to justify your non employment with Equity! I hope you had a lovely walk around this lovely enormous complex that happens to be dog crap free since you were given a tour on a golf cart. Talking about the bee's, it's March! I guess your ---- doesn't smell like roses!

Hello "Anonymous"... is that your name? If you have something to write about, why not state your name? You have a lot of time on your hands to sit here and vent anonymously. I wonder how the people who work there feel about you???? I'd love to hear their comments... oh, but they don't know who you are!
