After reading some of the other reviews, I am more inclined to think that the people complaining are manic or should be medicated. I understand good and bad, but if I was THAT unhappy I'd move. Which is why I ended up here in the first place. I hated where I was, so I moved! In the seven months I have lived here, I have had VERY FEW problems, but the problems I've had they have always been taken care of right away. I have always received an appology that I was inconvienced, I have always had polite conversation with the staff, and I have never been made to feel as though I was an irritation. I'll bet it's just like anything, if you're not an ass you won't be treated like one!
