I just moved out, and am so glad to leave. This was the worst experience of my life. I have never witnessed such rudeness or lack of professionalism in property management. It seems the practice here is to offer big incentives to get someone in. Once you are here with a lease, you are #^*&^%&^.
Don't think you are getting a deal, because when you move out and/or your lease ends they more than make-up for the "break" you initially got by dramatically increasing your rent and charging hundreds of dollars in bogus move-out fees.
People party all night long here, so if you work or go to school forget about sleeping or studying. Music plays all night, people yell and argue. People are really disrespectful of one another in the common facilities and the management rarely takes care of these rotting buildings!! Freeway traffic very close. Pool, gym equipment always shut down or in disrepair. I have been late for work more than once because I was blocked in my assigned parking spot.
Looks good when you tour, but it takes just a few days of living here to realize what you signed up for!!!! Too much to pay, in my opinion, for such an environment. So many decent places in Beaverton. First impressions can be deceiving. Live here if you don't like to sleep, like being treated rudely, don't care if things get fixed and have big bucks to pay move out fees!!!!

I disagree I currently live here and while I party all night I'm quiet and party with headphones and am mindful of my neighbors....The management has changed are very nice, and they just spent over 1 million renovating all the siding. The gym is nice and it is a nice area. It is nowhere near a freeway btw. It is in a housing district and as such is more quiet and peaceful.

Actually ... it's near a HIGHWAY. Scholls Ferry Road runs adjacent to the property and is Highway 210 ... very noisy!
