Crime is beginning to really increase here. In the past month one apartment robbery, two cars broken into and one garage broken into with guns stolen. Police are a common site in the complex. Check the beaverton police website for a listing of all calls to the complex. On the positive: prices are good, jacuzzi works well year round and very attentive office staff and maintenance. Quick and thorough on repairs.
