We only APPLIED to live here and thank god we didn't move in! First of all, they want close to $800 a month for an upper 2 bdrm apt that has PINK everywhere. Pink kitchen counter tops, pink tile in the entryway and on fireplace, pink counter tops in both bathrooms. Not to mention that our living room window is directly in front of someone's bedroom window! Who puts PINK in an apt'! We were going to overlook it, but fortunately, I went on this website and read all the problems people had with the office staff and discussed them with my husband. He got a call from Michelle in the Meridian office telling him we'd been approved to move in and he asked her to please call me, his wife, because he was on the phone with his boss. She just kept talking and wanted to know when we could bring our deposit in and once again my husband asked if she could call me and discuss it, explaining to her that he was on the phone with his boss. She just kept talking, wanting us to bring in our deposits and sign the lease. Finally my husband had to hang up because she just wouldn't LISTEN! So my husband called her back 15 min later and told her that I had been on this website and asked her about all the complaints. She said they had really good customer service and my husband informed her that she had just proved to him that these complaints may be valid because she wouldn't even LISTEN to him and talked OVER him. My husband told her that we weren't taking the apt, told her the reason WHY! (Thank you apartmentratings.com!) She asked if there was anyway she could change our minds and when my husband said no, she hung up on him. POOR customer service. This is my second encounter with a crappy Guardian staff and I'm done!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! We hadnt even moved IN and got this treatment! Imagine if we were locked in a lease! It was obvious that all they wanted was our MONEY! Plus it's overpriced. It was roomy and had a GREAT floorplan but PINK is NOT a neutral color and looking into someone's bedroom window (they had the blinds up!) from our living room wasnt that appealing. We were actually going to overlook the negatives about the apartment, but the office staff killed the deal! RUDE!
