Leasing Mgmt. On A Path of Profitability Instead of Increasing Tenants

I've lived at the Meridian for 6 years and went through 3 sets of management. It was a safe place and a very nice area of Beaverton. Everything had always gone well, I usually had baby or bridal showers in the club house and therefore got to know the leasing mgmt. by name and all was okay until the recent hire of a young shrewd college student as the manager. Unfortunately, her anxiousness to show her worth has cost her several tenants including me.
The "new" manager has repeatedly try to get payment on "fictious" fees. This was resolved only by going to their corporate office. This also includes an additional $500 charge at the end of my lease agreement for unrelated charges to my apartment. An example: "flee" treatment - I am allergic to most pets and could not have one if I wanted to be able to breathe every night.
I just want to give a warning. This is a nice area to live but the management is on a strategic path to make money and not care about how it affects their current or potential tenants.
