The apartment itself is beautiful with a nice back deck. They are awesome at attending to maintenance requests. Grounds are kept clean, however, the shrubs often block paths to walk. As long as you stay away from an apartment near Scholls, you will be fine with outer noises. HOWEVER, if you are in a bottom apartment have fun hearing EVERYTHING from those who live above you. It sounds like elephants doing aerobics throughout the whole apartment.
