The maintenance staff is great too bad they are not appreciated!!! I actually entered the office to do my final walk(suprised the office was open) and heard them badgering the maintenance guy. I have lived here for years and before the staff change I felt important after they all left I got nothing but signs they were closed, no answer too the telephones and rude costumer service when they were open. Does Guardian even care. I calle dto voice a complaint regarding bugs in my home and no one ever contacted me back. They had teh nerve to send me a move out letter stating they were sad I was leaving. What liars!!!!!!! All they will miss is the high rent I was paying. Someone needs to do something ASAP.
