After over 2 years I am still here because I love my apartment. The floor plan and my neighbor upstairs....

but I am tempted to move because:

My key for the pool is so hard to use "oh just hold the handle like this while pushing in the door, and turn key and you should be fine."

The office staff is new each time I need to call it's a new person. If I come into the office and someone doesn't know me it's a "hello" with a smile till they realize they have my money already.

After hours number is a joke... you can't get cars towed from your spot and one time I called as a dog had me trapped in my car and was told not our problem and they hung up.

the number one reason though is a muddy spot stretched acrossed the whole width pf path to the building that you have to carefully stuff through or around and have been told "we just can't afford to fix it."

ps what a joke the management website says this apt was remodeled in 2004 (no they just fixed dry rot and painted exterior...)
