It'll be 2 years in Nov. that I bought my condo. I've been very happy living here. The walls are well insulated--I never hear my next door neighbors. The grounds are really nice and maintenance is great (whatever needs fixing is fixed very quickly). One indoor cat is allowed (no barking dogs is nice, too)! The office staff is friendly and very competent. The pool is always clean and well maintained. All in all..I'm quite happy here!
