Progress Terrace Apartments

Great place to live! From: frootloop Date posted: 5/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I absolutely love living at Progress Terrace. The office staff is friendly and helpful. They do extra special things that go above and beyond what other properties do. Parking is a bit of an issue but the other benefits make the parking more bearable. The maintenance is great. They have always gotten to every maintenance request in a timely manner. It is a beautiful neighborhood. I would recommend the property to anyone! Susan, who is the manager, is the best! She really seems to got the extra mile to get to know you. I even got balloons and a birthday card from the office on my birthday! I thought that was great for the staff to care enough about residents to do something like that!! I give them an A
